The Lead Case Specialist manages an APP/CalWORKS caseload and assists with the training and caseload management of the APP/CalWORKS Case Specialist staff, as well as provide overall support to APP Director with the operation of the APP/CalWORKS programs.

The Clinic Operations Director (COD) is responsible for ensuring successful and efficient day-to-day operations of Davis Street Health Center. The COD provides leadership and guidance to the health center front desk and patient enrollment team through direct oversight of the Front Desk Supervisor and Clinic Fiscal Manager. Working collaboratively with the Front Desk Supervisor and Fiscal Clinic Manager, the COD ensures efficient patient flow and optimal patient experience, and ensures compliance with all health center regulations. The COD works in partnership with the Medical Director to create and maintain a positive work environment.

The Major Gift / Development Officer is responsible for planning and successfully executing a comprehensive fundraising plan. The program will include: individual giving, corporate giving/sponsorships, major gift portfolio, planned giving, annual giving and direct mail.

This position will grow and improve the organization’s marketing, branding and social media presence. The Marketing Coordinator will oversee internal and external print and digital materials ensuring uniform voice, look and feel for each program/department.

The Medical Director will be responsible for overseeing patient care and working with Davis Street medical provider, as well as dental and mental health clinical leadership to ensure quality patient outcomes. The Medical Director will work collaboratively with operations to ensure compliance with health center policies, procedures and protocols and assist in strengthening provider productivity, provider recruitment, and advancing strategic health center initiatives. The Medical Director will maintain their clinical skills by dedicating 50% of their time to direct patient care and 50% to administrative leadership.
