The Sales Manager will execute on a portfolio of leasing opportunities and lead a team of experts to exceed all expectations on conversions/commissions. Work with the VP to supervise and manage a leasing team while overseeing all leasing activities related to apartment rentals including marketing, leasing, maintaining good customer relations with prospective clients, and lease administration in order to achieve maximum occupancy. High earning potential on a renewable portfolio of rental units with no cap on commission.
  • Convert sales in a residential rental portfolio with focus on execution, action, conversion and completing objectives.
  • Drive rental lease activity and lead team of sales support staff to complete the objectives.
  • Track qualitative and quantitive data for change management and improved marketing.
  • Stay current on all Market Surveys and Property Rent Comparisons.
  • Provide feedback and insight to the VP of Sales on all pricing recommendations. 
  • Complete weekly sales reports and participate in weekly Sales and Marketing meetings.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication and analytic skills, professional demeanor.
  • Excellent interpersonal and sales modeling knowledge.
  • Goal oriented, self-motivated, positive attitude.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and the Internet.
